中文摘要:为提升羊毛机织物防水透湿性能,使用OP-450GS开边式黏合机,将其分别与7款厚度不同的TPU薄膜进行复合制备多款复合织物,测试复合后织物的纵、横向力学性能、厚度、防水透湿性能、刚柔性等指标。通过分析得出复合羊毛织物的断裂强力、断裂伸长率显著提高,且断裂强力随着TPU薄膜厚度增大而增大;复合织物耐水压性能、沾水等级显著提升,防水性能优异,但透湿率下降明显;复合织物经、纬向抗弯刚度显著增大。
外文摘要:Use OP-450GS side-open style bonding machine to laminated TPU thin film to wool woven fabrics for improved the waterproof and moisture permeable of wool woven fabrics. The TPU thin film has 7 different thicknesses. The vertical and horizontal force, thickness, waterproof and moisture permeable and stiffness and flexibility of all combined fabric were tested and analyzed. The results of the samples for the test have shown that the breaking tenacity and elongation of all combined fabrics has significant increases and the breaking strength of combined fabric goes up when the TPU is thickening. The hydrostatic pressure, water-repellent and waterproof performance have also significant increases for combined fabric, but the moisture permeability and vertical and horizontal flexibility of fabric has an apparent decline for the combined fabric.
