外文摘要：The author analyses the advantage and disadvantage of comprehensive description and separate description in MARC. And more, compares the record description of Series of Republic of China among National Library of China, CALIS and the library of Shaoxing College of Arts and Sciences, expounds the advantage of decentralized description. Lastly, expects experts pay attention to decentralized description when revise the description role.
