中文摘要:农村教师存在职业认同感偏低、教育理念落后、科研意识与能力薄弱、教育科研意识与能力薄弱、专业发展内驱力不足等问题,导致这些问题有多方面的原因,政策扶持落到实处、重视校本培养、激发教师自主发展、完善绩效工资的校本二次分配等是促进农村教师专业发展的有效路径。
外文摘要:Teachers in rural vocational education identity somewhat low, the existing concept behind, scientific research consciousness and ability weak, the education scientific research consciousness and ability weak, the professional development also insufficient. Lead to these problems for many reasons. Policy support, pay attention to the instructing school - based training, arouse teachers independent development, and improve the performance of salary school - based quadratic assignment etc is to promote rural teachers' professional development of efficient paths.
