中文摘要：目的:分析绍兴市不同性别、年龄、城乡人群之间血脂水平的差异,为该地区高脂血症的一级预防提供依据。方法:绍兴市大、中、小学教师和乡村村民共1472人的血总胆固醇、三酰甘油、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)进行检验测定,比较不同性别、年龄、城乡居民上述指标的差异。结果:男性总胆固醇、HDL-C和LDL-C水平低于女性,三酰甘油水平高于女性,差异均有显著性意义(t=-3.55～4.08,P<0.05～0.01);≥50岁人群三酰甘油和HDL-C水平高于<50岁人群,差异有显著性意义(t=2.64,5.67;P<0.01),总胆固醇、LDL-C水平差异无显著性意义;城市居民总胆固醇、三酰甘油、HDL-C和LDL-C水平均高于乡村居民,差异有显著性意义(t=2.94～24.89;P<均0.01)。结论:绍兴市不同性别、年龄、城乡人群之间的血脂存在显著性差异,对≥50岁、男性的城市人群应给予重点防治。

外文摘要：AIM:To analyze the difference of blood lipid level among urban and rural residents of different gender and age in Shaoxing city,so as to provide evidence for the primary prevention of hyperlipidemia of this area. METHODS:The serum levels of total cholesterol(TC),triacylglycerol(TG),high density lipoprotein-cholesterol(HDL-C) and low density lipoprotein-cholesterol(LDL-C) were determined in 1 472 subjects of Shaoxing city, including teachers of universities,middle schools and primary schools, and rural residents.The differences of the above indexes were compared between peoples of different gender and age,also between urban and rural residents. RESULTS:The serum levels of TC,HDL-C and LDL-C were lower in males than in females,while the TG level was higher in males than in females, and there were significant differences(t=-3.55 to 4.08,P< 0.05 to 0.01).The TG and HDL-C levels were significantly higher in people ≥50 years old than those < 50 years old(t=2.64,5.67;P< 0.01),while there were insignificant differences in the TC and LDL-C levels.The TC,TG,HDL-C and LDL-C levels were significantly higher in urban residents than in rural ones(t=2.94 to 24.89;P < 0.01). CONCLUSION:Significant differences of blood lipid level exist among people of different gender,age,and the urban and rural residents of Shaoxing city.Male urban residents ≥50 years old should be given important prevention and treatment.
