中文摘要：《公共工程项目管理》是公共事业管理专业本科的核心课程,但受课程内容的限制,在授课过程中出现了诸多挑战。因此,文章尝试引入“项目经理责任制”应用到课程教学中,树立“项目经理”在任务完成中的核心地位,带动其他学生更自主有效地完成项目任务,实现理论与实际的更好结合。

外文摘要："Public Works Project Management" is the core course of public utility management,but due to the limitation of course content,there are many challenges in the course of teaching.Therefore,this paper attempts to introduce "project manager responsibility system" into the course teaching,establish the "project manager" in mission completed core position,drive other students to complete the project task more autonomously and effectively,and achieve a better combination of theory and practice.
