中文摘要：水平预制构件作为装配式项目重要的一项,在实际设计项目中尽可能多采用预制的方式。而楼梯作为最易实现标准化设计的构件,在实际操作中却因各种因素,出现种类繁多的现象。为实现预制钢筋混凝土板式楼梯(住宅)的标准化设计,提高生产效率,提升经济效益。文章以绍兴地区预制楼梯为研究背景,通过广泛调研绍兴地区各设计院及生产厂家的设计和生产情况,重点分析预制楼梯在标准化设计及生产过程中存在的问题,并结合当前市场需求及现行规范、标准,提出预制楼梯标准化设计的思路。这不仅可以在源头优化预制构件成本高的问题,而且可以推进建筑工业化进程,并为相关设计人员提供参考。

外文摘要：The horizontal prefabricated component is an important item of the prefabricated project,and is applied as much as possible in the actual design project.As the easiest component to achieve standardized design,the staircase has a variety of phenomena in actual operation due to various factors.In order to realize the standardized design of prefabricated reinforced concrete slab stairs(residential),improve production efficiency and economic efficiency,based on the research background of prefabricated staircases in Shaoxing,the paper focuses on the analysis of the problems existing in the standardized design and production process of prefabricated staircases by extensively investigating the design and production of various design institutes and manufacturers in Shaoxing.Then combining with the current market demand and the existing specifications and standards,this paper puts forward the idea of standardized design of prefabricated stairs.It can optimize the problem of high costs of prefabricated components at the source,promote the process of industrialization of construction,and provide a reference for relevant designers.
