中文摘要：本科生导师制在高等教育中具有独特的地位,它是大学内涵式发展的必然产物。本科生导师制最早诞生于英国牛津大学,它本是一种教学制度,其要义是导师与学生亦师亦友,浸淫濡染,启迪智慧。但在我国当下,本科生导师制却存在导师资源匮乏、制度定位不清和形式主义严重等问题,亟需进行"复归原意"的改革。在观念上,需秉承濡染浸淫和独立思维;在定位上,应是教学制度而非其它;在指导内容上,应实施综合指导;在指导路径上,应实现全程指导;在导师聘任上,应采用开放式导师;在运行中,需加强导师制制度建设。

外文摘要：Undergraduates Tutorial System, which is the inevitable production of college comlotation development, has special significance in higher education. Undergraduates Tutorial System, stemming from Oxford University, is a kind of instruction system, in which teachers-student relationship also another form of friendship and they enlighten and inspire each other. Nowadays, there are some problems in Undergraduates Tutorial System like shortage of tutors, unclear definition and formalism. Reforms must be done, which must lies in the development of independent thinking, the focus on instructional system, instruction through the whole process, tutor qualification and enhancement of tutorial system.
