中文摘要:采用水培法研究了外源硫对大麦铝毒害的缓解效果。结果表明,单独铝胁迫能显著抑制大麦幼苗的生长发育,降低光合效率,提高丙二醛(MDA)含量和过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性,且随铝处理浓度增加,各测定指标值与对照(无胁迫处理)间的差异增大。在不同浓度铝胁迫下,加入10mmol/L无机硫后,植株生长发育明显改善,光合效率显著高于单一铝处理水平,功能叶MDA含量、SOD和POD活性与对照间差异减小,其中低浓度铝处理时缓解效果更显著。
外文摘要:The nutrient solution experiment was undertaken to assess effects of the sulfur on alleviating aluminum toxicity of barley seedlings. Al stress treatments adversely inhibited plant growth and photosynthesis,increased MDA content and activities of SOD and POD in barley leaves. The differences between Al stress and the control increased with increasing Al level in solution. Plant growth and photosynthesis were obviously improved, and MDA content and activities of SOD and POD were reduced when adding 10mmol/L sulfur into the solution under Al treatment. Furthermore, the alleviation was more obvious in the low Al treatment than in the high Al treatment.
