中文摘要:采用传统的测量方法———合像水平仪采集数据点,并用AutoCAD软件的基本绘图功能———直线命令来连接数据点,利用最小包容区域法绘制构造线得到直线度误差,最后用计算法验证结果的正确性.并用图形变换验证了直线度误差只是形状公差,只与自身形状有关而与其他特征无关.

外文摘要:Grounded upon the data points collected through the traditional measurement method of imaging level meter which are connected by using the line command - the basic drawing function of AutoCAD software, and the data of straightness errors by adopting the minimum tolerance zone method to draw the construction lines, the paper attempts to validate the correctness of the results after precise calculation, and demonstrate by means of the graphic transformation that straightness errors are merely form tolerances resulting from their own shapes rather than other features.
