中文摘要:法向恢复系数(R_(n))作为落石灾害预测及分析中最为关键的输入参数,由于其受控因素较多,如何确定准确合理的R_(n)值仍然是一个难题。为探究多因素对R_(n)的联合影响规律及机理,首次采用响应曲面?中心复合试验设计方法对R_(n)的7因素联合影响展开测试。通过对试验结果进行回归和方差分析,遴选的7个因素对R_(n)影响均较显著,显著程度依次为碰撞角(θ)>试块硬度(H_(1))>转速(ω)>形状因子(η)>入射速度(V)>坡面硬度(H_(2))>尺寸(d)。许多交互参数对R_(n)亦表现出了显著影响,依次为d?θ>H_(1)?d>V?η>H_(1)?ω>d?η>η?ω>H_(1)?η。对于单因素参数,R_(n)随d、V、η、θ减小和H_(1)、H_(2)、ω增大,呈增大趋势;对于交互参数,d和ω对R_(n)影响较弱仅表现在H_(1)较小时,随H_(1)增大,影响逐渐增强;η在H_(1)较小时对R_(n)影响较显著,随H_(1)增大,影响明显减弱;η较小时,R_(n)随V或d减小显著增大,η较大时,这种影响不显著;θ较小时,R_(n)随θ增大减小较快,θ较大时,减小趋势放缓;相比较小η值试块,较大η值试块的ω对R_(n)影响更为显著。这些获得的结论可为落石R_(n)计算模型的构建提供重要参考,进而为落石灾害的精准预测及防护提供依据。
外文摘要:The normal coefficient of restitution(R_(n))is the most critical input parameter in the prediction and analysis of rockfall disasters.Because of its many controlling factors,how to determine an accurate and reasonable value of R_(n)is still a difficult problem.In order to explore the law and mechanism of the joint influence of multiple factors on R_(n),the response surface methodology-central composite design method is used to investigate the combined effect of seven factors on R_(n)for the first time.Through regression and variance analysis of the test results,the seven selected factors have the significant effects on R_(n),and the order of significance is the impact angle(θ)>block hardness(H_(1))>rotational speed(ω)>shape factor(η)>incident velocity(V)>slope hardness(H_(2))>size(d).Many interaction parameters also show the significant effects on R_(n),in the order of d?θ>H_(1)?d>V?η>H_(1)?ω>d?η>η?ω>H_(1)?η.For a single factor parameter,R_(n) increases with the decrease of d,V,η,θand the increase of H_(1),H_(2),ω;for interaction parameters,d andωhave a weak effect on R_(n),only when H_(1)is small,and the effect gradually increases with the increase of H_(1);ηhas a significant effect on R_(n)when H_(1)is small,and the effect significantly decreases with the increase of H_(1);whenηis small,R_(n) increases significantly with the decrease of V or d,and this effect is not significant whenηis large;whenθis small,R_(n) decreases rapidly with the increase ofθ,and the decreasing trend slows down whenθis large.Compared with block with smallη,theωof block with largerηhas a more significant effect on R_(n).These conclusions can provide an important reference for the construction of the R_(n) calculation model of rockfall,and provide a basis for the accurate prediction and prevention of rockfall disasters.
