中文摘要:通过将天然羽毛蛋白与具有不同分子结构的丙烯酸酯单体进行接枝聚合反应,制备出一系列具有不同结构接枝支链的热塑性改性羽毛角蛋白,采用滴定及索氏萃取法测定接枝产物的主要接枝参数。然后,将该系列接枝改性羽毛蛋白热压成膜,测试其拉伸断裂强度及伸长率。结果表明:当选择甲基丙烯酸丁酯为接枝单体时,所制备的热塑性接枝羽毛角蛋白膜的拉伸断裂性能较好,将适量丙烯酸酯类单体接枝到羽毛蛋白分子链上是制备生物基热塑性材料的一条有效途径。
外文摘要:A series of thermoplastic modified feather keratins with different kinds of grafted branches were prepared through the graft copolymerization of natural feather keratin with acrylate monomers with various molecular structures.Main grafting parameters were determined using titration and Soxhlet extraction.The feather keratin graft copolymers were molded to films using hot press and then the tensile strength and elongation of films were tested.The results showed that the film possessed better tensile property when butyl methacrylate was used as grafting monomer.Grafting appropriate amounts of acrylates onto the molecular chains of feather keratin was an efficient way to prepare bio-based thermoplastics.
