中文摘要：针对模糊集的推广形式———Vague集,描述了Vague集理论与机构方案决策新方法。在机构方案决策中,Vague集之间的相似度量是评价机构方案是否接近期望方案(理想方案)的测度,相似度量值越大,机构方案接近期望方案越好。通过实例阐明Vague集之间的相似度量分析在机构方案决策中的应用是可行的。

外文摘要：Aimed at the extended form of fuzzy set-Vague set, theories of Vague set and new method on policy decision of mechanism scheme were described. While the policy decision of mechanism scheme was being made, the similarity measurement between Vague sets was the measure for evaluating whether the mechanism scheme was close to the expected scheme (ideal scheme) or not. The bigger the value of similarity measurement is, the better the close degree between the mechanism scheme and the expected scheme is. It has been expounded through a living example that the application of similarity measurement analysis between Vague sets to the policy decision of mechanism scheme is feasible.
