外文摘要：As an antique and novel psychotherapy, art therapy has unique value and significance in consultative and therapeutic fields. The paper looks back the history and actuality of art therapy, including the concept, application and development and main forms. It probes into the relation between art therapy and mental and physical health as well as its function. Moreover, it introduces the general situation of literature therapy.
