中文摘要：在公立医院高质量发展新阶段,建立医院新文化需要运用科学的理论和系统的思维。文章结合绍兴市上虞人民医院的实践,阐述了以“上医精诚”为核心理念构建起医院文化识别系统的实践,探索了医院文化建设新路径。医院文化识别系统建设过程中,基于组织文化四层次模型,构建理念识别、质量识别、行为识别、视觉识别等4个子系统,让文化建设与医院业务有效融合,推进医院文化内化于心、外化于行、固化于制,成为公立医院高质量发展的重要支点。

外文摘要：In the new stage of high-quality development of public hospitals,the establishment of a new hospital culture requires the use of scientific theories and systematic thinking.Based on the practice of Shangyu People’s Hospital in Shaoxing City,this paper expounds on the construction of hospital culture identification system with the core concept of"first-class doctors with superb skills and noble medical ethics",and explores a new path of hospital culture construction.The hospital culture identification system is based on the four-level theory of organizational culture.It constructs four subsystems,namely,concept identification,quality identification,behavior identification and visual identification,so as to enable the three-dimensional coupling of cultural construction and hospital business,promote the internalization,externalization and solidification of hospital culture,and become an important fulcrum for the high-quality development of public hospitals.
