外文摘要：This paper has classified the organizing formation of production in detail based on the spercial character of mechnical and electrical products under the same steady productive condition,and designed the corresponding sampling way of the inspection of the products quclity,meanwhile,put forward its implement program. The practice has proved that the sampling way is scientific and the implement program is reasonable.
