中文摘要：目的　探讨学龄期儿童正常肝脏各径线超声测值与年龄、身高、体重、体重指数及体表面积的相关情况。方法　通过大样本抽样测查学龄期儿童正常肝脏右叶最大斜径、肝右叶前后径、肝右叶横径、左半肝厚度、左半肝长度、呼气时肝右锁骨中线肋缘下厚度和长度、吸气时肝右锁骨中线肋缘下厚度和长度等九个百分位值与年龄、身高、体重、体重指数、体表面积的相关性。结果　九个测值与年龄存在正相关 ,相关性达到显著水平 ,部分测值与身高、体重、体表面积存在显著性相关或负相关 ,九个测值与体重指数相关性不显著。结论　儿童正常肝脏超声测值范围的确立应重点考虑到年龄 ,而身高、体重。

外文摘要：Objective To explore the correlation of ultrasonic measure values of school children's normal livers with age,height, weight,weight index and body surface area and the value for establishing liver's normal value. Methods To randomly sample and measure the samples' maximum oblique dimension of right lobe, the transverse dimension or right lobe, the anterior posterior dimension of right lobe,the thickness and length of left lobe, the thickness and length of right lobe below the costal margin in the midcalvicar line in inspiratory and expiratory phase respectively and caculate the correlation with age,height,weight,weight index and body surface area. Results The nine values were significantly and postively correlated with age,part values were significantly postively or negatively correlated with height,weight and body surface area,nine values were not correlated with weight index. Conclusion To establish normal ultrasonic measure values should mainly take age into account,but can't neglect the height,weight and body surface area.
