中文摘要:研究了邻苯二甲酰亚胺分散染料的结构及其水解和水洗性能。研究表明,染料在NaOH溶液中水解生成了羧酸基团。计算和试验数据表明,水解反应过程中,取代基空间作用对染料水解性的影响大于基团电荷分布的影响,空间位阻使得染料的水解性下降。高效液相色谱(HPLC)结果表明,邻苯二甲酰亚胺分散染料的水解反应属于SN2机理,假一级反应。还原清洗对氨纶上染料的清洗效果更明显,氰基取代分散染料在还原清洗时被洗去较多,Na2CO3碱液洗涤可达与NaOH碱液洗涤类似的效果。碱洗和还原清洗后纺织品的色牢度可达3~4级。

外文摘要:The structure and hydrolysis/cleaning properties of phthalimide disperse dyes were studied. The research results showed that the phthalimide disperse dyes were hydrolyzed and carboxyl groups were produced under NaOH solution. The calculation and experimental data indicated that the influence of steric hindrance effect on the hydrolysis of dye was greater than that of the electronic charge distribution. Hindrance effect reduced the hydrolysis rate. High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)results indicated that hydrolysis reaction belong to the SN2 mechanism and pseudo first-order reaction. More disperse dyes on PU fiber were removed by the reduction cleaning process. Cyano substituted dyes were removed more readily from the PU in reduction cleaning. The cleaning effect of textiles washed by Na 2 CO 3 solution was almost the same with that of NaOH solution. Color staining of dyed textiles after alkali cleaning and reduction cleaning could reach 3 to 4 grades.
