中文摘要:图书馆开展有关“一带一路”的服务对“一带一路”建设有重要的影响。文章通过网络调研的方式,选取32所省级公共图书馆和42所“双一流”建设高校图书馆为主要研究对象,从专题数据库建设、多媒体资源、开放存取资源、馆藏资源、读者活动、主题展览、专题讲座、资源推荐、信息咨询服务等多个方面,对目前国内图书馆“一带一路”服务现状进行调查分析。研究发现我国图书馆“一带一路”服务存在服务水平参差不齐、资源建设单一零散、宣传推广差强人意、服务内容千篇一律的问题。在此基础上,提出加强资源建设,提供资源保障体系;重视宣传推广,提升文化传播效果;创新服务内容,创造品牌特色;加强交流合作,实现资源共建共享。

外文摘要:The services provided by libraries related to the Belt and Road Initiative have a significant impact on the construction of the Belt and Road(B&R).This paper conducts a network survey,selecting 32 provincial public libraries and 42“Double First-Class”university libraries as the main research objects.It investigates and analyzes the current status of the B&R services in Chinese libraries from various aspects including specialized database construction,multimedia resources,open access resources,library collections,reader activities,themed exhibitions,special lectures,resource recommendations,and information consultation services.The study finds that the B&R services in Chinese libraries vary in quality,and suffer from fragmented and singular resource construction,poor promotion efforts,and monotonous service content.Based on these findings,the paper proposes strategies for improvement,such as strengthening resource construction and providing a resource guarantee system,emphasizing promotion and enhancing cultural communication effects,and innovating service content to create unique brand features.It also suggests enhancing communication and cooperation to achieve resource co-construction and sharing.
