中文摘要:中小学教师教育者是在中小学指导师范生见习、实习以及在新教师入职和发展中担负培养任务的专家型教师。他们是教师教育的半边天,有利于促成教师教育理论与实践的无缝对接,提升其自身和高校教师教育者的专业发展。但在目前的实践中,中小学教师教育者的专业发展却遭遇到缺乏专业的理论自觉、缺乏专业的身份认同感、缺少专业的教师教育者培训、缺少专业的时间投入以及缺乏正确的专业评价引领等现实困境。鉴于此,应采取以下举措:培养职业性向,增强专业理想,提升专业认同;加强理论修养,明确专业身份,促成专业自信;加强专业培训,形成专业标准,持证上岗;搭建政策平台,共建发展学校,促进专业协同。

外文摘要:Primary and secondary school teachers are the professional educators in primary and secondary schools who guiding normal students' probation and practice, and training tasks in the induction and development of new teachers. But now, they have encountered practical difficulties such as lack of professional theoretical consciousness, lack of professional identity, lack of professional teacher educator training, lack of professional time investment, and lack of proper professional evaluation to lead. This can be done with the following strategies: cultivate professional aptitude, enhance professional ideals, and enhance professional identity; strengthen theoretical accomplishment, clear professional identity, and promote professional self-confidence; strengthen professional training, form professional standards and holding certificates; build a policy platform, build a development schools, and promote professional collaboration.
