中文摘要:采用特殊改性聚酯与普通聚酯共混纺丝,探讨通过气流伺服技术和假捻变形并用的后加工技术,生产新型仿毛聚酯长丝的工艺。结果表明:改性聚酯特性粘数1.0~1.3 dL/g,熔点223~230℃,共混添加时其质量分数为30%~70%,纺丝温度280~295℃,纺丝速度2000~3000m/min,对假捻机的丝道进行适当改造,采用智能气流伺服定位控制技术,加工速度350~500m/min,拉伸倍数1.8~2.2,可生产出仿毛聚酯长丝。
外文摘要:A novel wool-like polyester filament was produced by blend spinning a special modified polyester and traditional pol- yester prior to the after-processing process combining airflow servo technology and false-twist texturing technology. The results showed that the main process conditions were as followed : 30% - 70% modified polyester by mass fraction with the intrinsic vis- cosity of 1.0 - 1.3 dL/g and melting point 223 - 230 ~C, spinning temperature 280 - 295 ~C and speed 2 000 - 3 000 m/min, a false-twist texturing machine with yarn path rationally innovated and intelligent airflow servo positioning control technology ap- plied, after-processing speed 350 - 500 m/min, draw ratio 1.8 - 2.2.
