中文摘要：城市既是实现美好生活的空间载体,也是实现规模经济、范围经济和集约增长的组织载体。城市便利性和城市生产率分别是刻画两者的重要指标。基于我国34个大城市2008—2017年的面板数据,研究了城市便利性对城市生产率的影响,结果表明城市便利性对城市生产率具有显著的正向影响,且城市便利性提高对第三产业生产率的贡献要超过第二产业。中间机制检验表明,城市便利性主要是通过扩大城市规模、升级产业结构以及深化创新活动来提升城市生产率。提出了城市便利性和城市生产率之间“投入产出”关系实质。建议各城市应该完善城市便利性、增强城市对外来人口的引力、充分发挥城市便利性对提升城市生产率的经济效应,促进城市化高质量发展。

外文摘要：The city should be not only the space carrier to achieve a better life,but also the organization carrier to achieve economies of scale,economies of scope and intensive growth.Urban convenience and urban productivity are important indicators to describe them.Based on the panel data of 34 big cities in China from 2008 to 2017,this paper focuses on the impact of urban convenience on urban productivity.It is found that urban convenience has a significantly positive impact on urban productivity,and the contribution of urban convenience to the productivity of the tertiary industry is greater than that of the secondary industry.Further intermediate mechanism test shows that urban convenience mainly improves urban productivity by expanding urban scale,upgrading industrial structure and deepening innovation activities.The essence of“input-output”relationship between urban convenience and urban productivity is put forward.It is suggested that cities should improve the urban convenience,enhance the attraction of the city to the migrant population,give full play to the economic effect of urban convenience on improving urban productivity,and promote the high-quality development of urbanization。
