中文摘要:利用双向拉伸法对聚四氟乙烯膜进行拉伸处理,研究不同拉伸温度、拉伸速率下薄膜的力学性能以及防水透湿性能与膜微孔结构之间的关系。结果显示:拉伸温度越高,微孔孔径越大,孔径分布均匀度越好,孔隙率越大,力学性能越强,透气、透湿性越好,最佳拉伸温度为200℃~280℃;拉伸速率增大,薄膜力学性能、透气、透湿性先增后减,拉伸速率最佳值为800%/s。
外文摘要:The tensile treatment of PTFE membrane is carried out by biaxial tensile method.The mechanical properties of the membrane under different tensile temperature and tensile rate,and the relationship between the waterproof and moisture permeability of the membrane and the microporous structure of the membrane are studied.The results show that the higher the tensile temperature,the higher the micropore diameter,the better the uniformity of pore size distribution,the greater the porosity,the stronger the mechanical properties,the better the air and moisture permeability,and the best tensile temperature is 200℃~280℃.The higher the tensile rate is,the mechanical properties,air permeability and moisture permeability of the films increase first and then decrease,and the optimum tensile rate is 800%/s.
