中文摘要:聚酯纤维染色印花专用的分散染料随着涤纶快速的发展已成为染料中的第一大类品种,而分散染料染色性能的优劣明显受制于染料加工过程所常用的阴离子分散剂种类、拼混比例等相关因素。为进一步了解分散剂及其拼混比例对所加工染料粒径变化及其染色性能的影响,实验以单偶氮类的分散橙SE-RFL原染料和分散剂MF、分散剂NNO以及木质素磺酸钠阴离子型的分散剂为研究对象,进行不同分散剂种类及与染料的配比下的研磨实验,研究分散剂对分散染料粒径及分布、分散高温稳定性、染色性能等方面的影响。结果表明,分散剂的种类和用量对分散染料的粒径大小及其分布、高温分散稳定性以及染色性能影响显著,分散剂木质素磺酸钠总体分散效果优于分散剂NNO和MF。分散剂NNO与原染料配比m染料:m分散剂=5:5时,所得染料的染样表观得色值K/S最大,分散剂MF以及分散剂木质素磺酸钠与原染料配比m染料:m分散剂=6:4时,所得染料的染样表观得色值K/S逐次减少。

外文摘要:The disperse dyes for polyester fiber dyeing and printing have become the first major category of dyes with the rapid development of polyester.The dyeing performance of disperse dyes is obviously affected by the types of anionic dispersants commonly used in dye processing,the proportion of blending and other factors.In order to further understand the effects of dispersant and its blending ratio on the particle size change and dyeing properties of the dyes processed,the mono-azo-dispersed orange SE-RFL raw dye and dispersant MF,dispersant NNO and sodium lignosulfonate anionic dispersant were used as the research objects,and the grinding experiments with different dispersant types and dye ratios were implemented to study the effects of dispersants on the particle size and distribution of disperse dyes,disperse high temperature stability and dyeing properties.The results showed that the type and amount of dispersant had a great influence on the particle size and distribution of the disperse dye,high temperature dispersion stability and dyeing performance,dispersant sodium lignosulfonate was better than dispersant NNO and MF.The ratio between dispersant NNO and the original dye was m dye:m dispersant=5:5,the dyed sample of the obtained dye had the largest apparent color value K/S,and the dispersant MF and the dispersant sodium lignosulfonate were mixed with the original dye at a ratio m dye:m dispersing agent=6:4,the apparent color value K/S of the dyed sample decreased gradually.
