中文摘要:探讨了Ca2+、Cu2+、Fe3+三种金属离子对常用的16只分散染料色光的影响,结果表明:金属离子对SF染料的影响不明显,无论是ΔE值,还是得色深度变化都不大。Cu2+对高温三原色中深蓝S-3BG影响较大,当Fe3+超过100 mg/kg时,红玉S-5BL色光明显偏蓝偏绿,ΔE值增大,得色深度下降。Cu2+对分散红3B与分散蓝2B色光影响较大,色光严重偏绿偏黄。金属离子对艳色的影响较大,会使颜色变灰暗。
外文摘要:Influences of Ca^2+, Cu^2+, Fe^3+ on the shade of 16 disperse dyes are discussed. The results show that effect of metal ions on SF dyes is not obvious, both &E and color depth have changed a little. Cu^2+ has great influence on Blue S-3BG, one of high energy trichromatic dyes. When the content of Fe^3+ exceeds 100 mg/kg, the shade of Red S-SBL becomes bluish and greenish, AE increases and color depth drops. Cu^2+ also has great influence on Red 3B and Blue 2B, the color shade become yellowish and greenish. The metal ions have greater influence on the bright colors by making them dark.
