中文摘要:教师的英才教育态度关系到英才儿童需求能否得到充分满足,深刻影响着教师的英才教育行为选择。基于我国8540名义务教育教师对英才教育态度的分析发现:当前义务教育教师对英才教育的态度充满了“矛盾”和复杂性,并受到性别、年龄、职称、任教学段、任教科目以及学校所在区域和城乡等因素的显著影响,总体呈现“混沌”样态。为更科学满足英才儿童教育需求,提高英才教育质量,迫切需要教师对英才教育达成共识性态度,由此英才教育积极态度塑造刻不容缓。通过构建“立法-组织-研究”三位一体的英才教育保障体系,研制“教育-教师”一体两翼的英才教育系列国家标准,开展“职前-职后”一体化的英才教育师资培养与研修,推进“U-G-S联动”“评建一体”的英才教育实验项目等措施将有效塑造义务教育教师的英才教育积极态度,对英才教育形成共识的认知。

外文摘要:Teachers’attitude towards gifted and talented education is related to whether the needs of gifted and talented children can be fully met,and has a profound impact on teachers’gifted and talented education behavior.Based on the analysis of 8540 compulsory education teachers'attitudes towards gifted and talented education in China,it is found that the current attitude of compulsory education teachers towards gifted and talented education is full of"contradictions"and complexity,and is significantly influenced by factors such as gender,age,professional title,teaching period,teaching subjects,as well as the geographical location and urban-rural areas where the school is located.Overall,the attitude of teachers towards gifted and talented education shows a"chaotic"pattern.In order to meet the educational needs of gifted and talented children more scientifically and improve the quality of gifted and talented education,it is urgent for teachers to reach a consensus attitude towards gifted and talented education.Therefore,it is urgent to shape a positive attitude towards gifted and talented education.By constructing a three-in-one gifted and talented education guarantee system of"legislation-organization-research",developing a series of national standards for gifted and talented education,carrying out the teaching and training of gifted and talented education teachers with"pre-service and postservice"integration,and promoting the"U-G-S linkage"and"evaluation and construction integration"gifted and talented education experimental project,measures will effectively shape the positive attitude of compulsory education teachers towards gifted and talented education.
