中文摘要:为了较好地了解甲基丙烯酰胺单体接枝蚕丝的染色性能,通过热综合、红外光谱和X射线衍射这3种方法对增重蚕丝与未增重蚕丝进行分析。在此基础上,研究其活性染料的上染与固色速率曲线、提升性等染色性能,并与未增重蚕丝作比较。结果表明,接枝增重并未改变纤维内部的晶型结构和丝素主链的分子结构,接枝单体主要在丝素无定形区发生聚合,使纤维的结晶度有所降低。接枝引起蚕丝对活性染料吸附性的降低,从而导致活性染料的固色率也有所降低,其降低程度因染料的品种而异,并随着活性染料浓度增加而增加。因此,接枝引起了蚕丝用活性染料染色的提升性下降,使蚕丝不易染得浓色。

外文摘要:To make a better understanding of the reactive dyeing properties of methacrylamide-grafted silk, The authors analyzed the structure of both the grafted and non-grafted silk by means of TG/DTA, FT-IR spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction. On this basis, their reactive dyeing properties such as dye uptake rate, fixation rate curve and build up property were investigated. The results indicated that the graft did not change the crystalline and molecular structures of silk fibroin, and the polymerization of grating monomers mainly occurred in the amorphous region of silk so that the crystallinity of the fiber decreased. The grafting resulted in the reduction of adsorption of reactive dyes onto silk, which led to the decrease in the fixation rate. The degree of reduction varied with reactive dyes and increased with the increasing of concentration of reactive dyes. Therefore, the grafting caused the decline of the build-up property of silk with reactive dyes and made it difficult to dye the silk to deep color.
