中文摘要:采用常压介质阻挡放电等离子体技术对腈纶进行接枝处理,改善其抗静电性能。利用扫描电镜、红外光谱分析等测试方法分析了等离子体接枝处理前后腈纶表面形态及化学组成的变化。通过改变等离子体处理条件,研究了有关处理参数对腈纶抗静电性能的影响。结果表明:腈纶经等离子体接枝处理后,表面引入了季铵盐基团,使腈纶的抗静电性能得到明显提高。经等离子体接枝处理后,腈纶的透湿性能明显提高,透气性能和断裂强力略有降低。

外文摘要:Polyacrylonitrile fiber was grafted by atmospheric pressure dielectric barrier discharge plasma technique to improve its antistatic ability.The surface morphology and chemical composition of the fiber before and after plasma-grafting treatemnt were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and infrared spectrum analysis.The effect of plasma processing parameters on the antistatic ability was investigated.The results indicated that plasma-grafting treatment was found to introduce some quaternary ammonium groups onto the fiber surface,and to drastically improve the antistatic ability and moisture permeability.The breathability and breaking strength reduced slightly after plasma treatment.
