中文摘要:分析评价会稽山区所产香榧部分有益矿质元素以及重金属含量的安全性。以浙江省绍兴、诸暨和嵊州3市(县)7大产地39个香榧为试材,采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪(inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectroscopy,ICP-AES)法测定香榧中Fe、Zn、K、Ca、Se 5种有益元素和Cu、Cd、As、Hg、Pb 5种有害元素的含量,并根据有关国家标准对香榧的质量安全进行评价;根据香榧中元素种类和含量的不同,采用SPSS19.0软件欧氏距离法对不同产地香榧进行了聚类分析。结果显示:39个香榧样品均含有丰富的有益矿质元素,钾含量最高的是嵊州小昆的香榧,钙含量最高的是诸暨赵家的香榧,硒含量最高的是嵊州竹溪的香榧。所有香榧样品中的重金属元素的污染指数均未超标,其中以Pb和As的污染指数最小,各元素污染指数排序为铜>汞>镉>铅=砷。各香榧中Cu、Cd、Hg、As和Pb5种有害元素的含量均符合标准DB33/340.3-2006《无公害香榧》要求。
外文摘要:Torreya grandis cv‘Merrillii’from Kuaiji Mountain areas were analyzed for the contents of was evaluated.39 T.grandis cv‘Merrillii’were collected from Shaoxing,Zhuji and Shengzhou 3 city(county)7 big producing area.The contents of five trace elements such as Fe,Zn,K,Ca and Se and five harmful elements such as Cu,Cd,As,Hg and Pb were measured by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectroscopy(ICP-AES).The quality and safety of T.grandis cv‘Merrillii’were evaluated according to the national standards.SPSS 19.0 software and Euclidean distance was used to cluster analysis according to different kinds of elements contents.The result showed that all samples were rich in trace elements.Among the five test elements,the content of K element from Xiaokun of Shengzhou was maximum;and the content of Ca element from Zhaojia of Zhuji was maximum.The content of Se element from Zhuxi of Shengzhou was maximum.All the heavy metal elements in the samples were not exceeding the standard.Among them,Pb and As have the least pollution index.The tested heavy metal elements had the following order based on their single-factor pollution index:Cu>Hg>Cd>As=Pb.The contents of five harmful elements Cu,Cd,Hg,As and Pb was lower than limit on the quantity of DB33/340.3-2006《Non-environmental pollution Torreya》.
