中文摘要：绍兴的纺织产业经过长期发展,已形成了完备的产业体系。为了分析目前绍兴纺织产业市场的竞争格局以及今后发展方向,文章试图应用产业组织理论,对绍兴纺织产业的市场结构及其成因、纺织产业组织的目标模式作一分析,并从建立良好的市场竞争秩序、提高纺织产业市场集中度、发挥纺织产业集群的集聚效应、提高纺织产业技术支撑能力等方面提出了一些具体的政策建议。

外文摘要：The textile industry in Shaoxing has a long developing history that it has formed a complete industrial system. In order to analyze the competitive pattern and the future development direction in Shaoxing＇s textile industry, the paper tries to study the objective pattern of its organization, the market structure and its components with theory of industrial organization. What＇s more, the paper puts forward several concrete policy proposes on constructing fine market competition principles, improving the market concentration level and technological ability, elaborating the assemblage effect and so on in textile industry.
