中文摘要：审计管理对于国有工程建设项目的顺利开工、建设与竣工验收都具有十分重要的意义。在依法治理和全面推进企业合规管理的大环境下,由于国有企业的工程建设项目大多数资金额度大,工程管理人员面临的诱惑较多,合规管理不足而导致跟踪审计力度不够,例如合规风险、外部法律纠纷风险等。为此,需要对工程建设项目的审计范围、审计内容、审计方式、审计技术等进行升级改造,以此提高审计监督实效,保护企业管理者,确保工程项目建设质量,提高审计管理水平。

外文摘要：Audit management is of great significance for the smooth commencement,construction and acceptance of state-owned construction projects.Against the backdrop of legal governance and comprehensive promotion of enterprise compliance management,large sums of funds for most of the construction projects of state-owned enterprises give rise to many temptations faced by project managers and insufficient compliance management tend to be followed by insufficient follow-up audit,leading to such risks as compliance risk,external legal dispute risk,etc.Therefore,it is necessary to upgrade the audit scope,audit content,audit mode and audit technology of construction projects,with a view to improving the effectiveness of audit supervision,protecting enterprise managers,ensuring the quality of construction projects and heightening the level of audit management.
