中文摘要：清末留日法律学子通过留日团体与报刊、留日同仁的转述等方式来进行留日信息的获取,并以此来做留日的准备。法校之生活,留日学子展示了人际网络如何被触发的过程,其中地缘、血缘与革命情谊在他们的社交生活中占据了主导地位。他们社交圈因留日具有了一定的开放性,纳入了一些学缘等新的交际因素。新的因素在他们回国之后的法律生活中有所展现,影响了他们自身在法律界的浮沉以及近代中国法律改革的延续性和基调。

外文摘要：Law students studying in Japan in the late Qing Dynasty obtained information about studying in Japan through the groups staying in Japan and newspapers,and the narrations of their colleagues studying in Japan,all of which is used for the preparation prepare their study in Japan.In their lives at law schools,those Chinese students studying in Japan showed how their social networks were triggered and established,in which a series of primary factors affected including,geography,blood relationship and revolutionary friendship in their social lives.Their social circle had a certain degree of openness because of their oversea study,incorporating some new communication factors,such as their different academic backgrounds.Those new factors have also been revealed in their legal careers after returning to China,which affected their own ups and downs in their legal careers and the continuity and tenor of modern Chinese legal reforms.
