中文摘要：外资流动关系一个国家的经济安全,许多发展中国家经济发展的经验与教训表明,外资对国内经济的冲击往往是引发金融危机的首要因素,因此对外资的经济增长效应从理论与实证两方面进行深入的剖析具有重要意义。本文以内生经济增长模型为基础,从理论上区分了外资对一国经济增长路径冲击的三种情形,并据此得出了外资影响经济增长路径的三个因素。在此基础之上,利用我国的样本数据,对外资冲击的上述三种因素的效应进行了具体的实证分析。根据所得结果,外资流入三种因素的效应均为正的,表明我国对外资的利用是有效率的。

外文摘要：Foreign capital flowing is critical to economic security of a country. The experiences and lessons of many developing countries show that the foreign capital impact on the domestic economy often is the most important cause of the financial crisis. So it is important to analyze the foreign capital economic growth effects. Based on the endogenous economic growth model, this paper firstly distinguishes three kinds of foreign capital impacts and concludes three factors of foreign capital affecting on the economic path. By using Chinese sample data, we analyze the above mentioned three factors. The results show that all the three factors' effects are positive, which means that the foreign capital utility in China is efficient.
