中文摘要：本文通过全校范围内实施问卷调查,了解本校一、二年级非英语专业学生的应用写作教学现状,并在此基础上,提出以计算机网络辅助为依托、从传统教学向网络化、自主式教学转变以解决目前写作教与学中存在的问题。

外文摘要：To investigate the teaching and learning of College English writing in Shaoxing College of Arts and Science,an online survey is conducted among 1265 freshmen and sophomores excluding English majors.With a careful analysis of the data collected from the survey,the paper puts forward that computer-based and internet-based teaching and learning of college English writing help to solve the existing problems of the traditional methods.
