中文摘要：在党的二十大上,习近平总书记深入回答了我国全面依法治国、开展社会主义法治建设一系列重大理论和实践问题。为响应时代的切实需要,培养高素质法治人才队伍的目标将纳入高校法治系列课程考核的重要指标,如何创设新的法治教学内容与方式也成为法学教育工作者面临的重大研究课题。在法学专业课程中融入习近平法治思想所具有的关键意义,将对全面依法治国的推进产生深远的影响。该文依据习近平法治思想要义和我国法学专业教学的现状,从模拟法庭特色实践课程的推进出发,论证课程改革机制的必要性和可行性,为在理论和实践上探索习近平法治思想融入教学提供参考。

外文摘要：At the 20th Congress of the CPC,General Secretary Xi delved deeply into a rang of singnificant theoretical and practical aspects related to China’s comprehensive rule of law and the development of socialist rule of law.In response to the evolving needs of the era,the goal of cultivating high-quality legal talents will be included in the important indicators of the assessment of rule of law courses in colleges and universities.How to create new teaching content and methods of rule of law has also become a major research topic for legal educators.The key significance of integrating Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law in the law course will have a profound impact on the promotion of the comprehensive rule of law.Based on the essence of law practice and the current situation of the teaching of law major in China,this paper demonstrates the necessity and feasibility of the mechanism of curriculum reform,starting from the promotion of the characteristic practice course of mock court,so as to provide a reference for exploring the integration of law practice into teaching in theory and practice.
