中文摘要:自制了新型低盐活性染料深三原色活性红LS、活性黄LS和活性蓝LS,研究了不同的浴比,染色温度,染色时间和纯碱用量等对表观得色量的影响,得到3只染料的最佳染色工艺。采用3只染料的最佳染色工艺对纯棉织物进行染色。结果表明:制备的3只低盐活性染料均有较好的染色提升力和染色牢度。

外文摘要:The paper compounds reactive red LS, reactive yellow LS and reactive blue LS of new low- salt reactive dye and dark three-primary colors, researches effects of different bath ratios, dyeing temperature, dyeing time and sodium carbonate dosage on apparent color yield and gains the best dyeing process of 3 reactive dyes. The best dyeing processes of the 3 dyes were dyed for pure cotton fabrics. Test results slow that, lour salt reactive dyes prepared by the study all have good dyeing promotion and dyeing fastness.
