中文摘要:学习空间是高校图书馆为学校师生提供辅助教学科研活动的重要场所。文章通过网络调研的方式,以中美两国具有代表性的28所高校图书馆为研究对象,从空间类型、空间管理以及设备配置三大方面,对中美两国的高校图书馆学习空间服务现状进行对比分析,研究发现目前我国高校图书馆学习空间服务已取得一定的成效,但与美国高校图书馆相比,存在空间类型单调、管理制度不完善、系统设备不够健全、用户需求未得到足够重视等问题,因而提出相应的改进策略,如丰富学习空间类型,建设多元化学习空间;完善空间管理制度,组建专业服务团队;优化空间设备配置,满足用户多元化需求;注重用户需求体验,实现空间服务价值。
外文摘要:Learning spaces are vital areas within university libraries that support teaching and research activities for faculty and students.This article conducts a comparative analysis of learning space services in libraries of 28 representative universities in China and the United States through online research.It compares and analyzes the current status of learning space services in both countries from three main aspects:space types,space management,and equipment configuration.The study finds that while Chinese university libraries have made certain achievements in learning space services,they still face challenges compared to their American counterparts,such as limited variety in space types,incomplete management systems,insufficiently robust equipment systems,and inadequate attention to user needs.Accordingly,the study proposes improvement strategies,including diversifying learning space types,establishing diversified learning spaces;enhancing space management systems to component professional service team;optimizing space equipment configurations to meet diverse user needs;and prioritizing user experience to realize the value of space services.
