中文摘要:用具有良好吸附能力的有机膨润土作载体,通过FeSO4与NaBH4反应制得有机膨润土负载的纳米铁(nanoscale zero-valent iron supported onorganobentonite,NZVI/CTMAB-Bent)。用X射线衍射、Brunauer-Emmett-Teller法对NZVI/CTMAB-Bent进行了结构表征,并将NZVI/CTMAB-Bent作催化剂用于2,4-二氯酚的去除。考察了NZVI/CTMAB-Bent与2,4-二氯酚反应过程中,介质pH值、不同起始浓度的2,4-二氯酚对其去除率的影响,并与相同铁含量的纳米铁(nanoscale zero-valent iron,NZVI)进行了比较。结果表明:在相同实验条件下,2,4-二氯酚与NZVI/CTMAB-Bent反应120min后去除率达90.6%,不仅远高于相同铁含量NZVI对2,4-二氯酚去除率(23.2%),而且也明显优于相同铁含量的NZVI和含土量相同的有机膨润土对2,4-二氯酚去除率的加和(39.0%)。

外文摘要:In the presence of organobentonite with good sorption capacity, nanoscale zero-valence iron(NZVI) supported on organobentonite (NZVI/CTMAB-Bent) was prepared with NaBH4 and FeSO4 aqueous solution. The structure of NZVI/CTMAB-Bent was characterized by X-ray diffraction and the Brunauer-Emmett-Teller method. NZVI/CTMAB-Bent was used as a catalyst for removing 2,4-dichlorophenol, The effects of pH values and initial 2,4-dichlorophenol concentrations on its removal rate by NZVI/ CTMAB-Bent were investigated, and were compared with those of unsupported NZVI containing the same amount of iron as NZVI/CTMAB-Bent. The results indicate that in the same experimental conditions, the 2,4-dichlorophenol removal by NZVI/ CTMAB-Bent reached 90.6% after 120min. The removal is not only much higher than that (23.2%) of the NZVI containing the same amount of iron, but also superior to the sum of removal (39.0%) by NZVI containing the same amount of iron and the organobentonite containing the same amount of clay as NZVI/CTMAB-Bent.
