中文摘要:基于可拓理论提出了机械设计方案的可拓评价方法。基于物元模型和可拓关联度进行机械设计方案决策。根据专家实际经验知识建立期望设计方案的物元模型和备选设计方案的物元模型,然后通过可拓关联度直接评价方案的优劣,关联度是评价设计方案接近期望方案(理想方案)的度量,关联度越大,设计方案接近期望方案就越好。实例表明基于可拓理论的机械设计方案评价是合理的。

外文摘要:An extended evaluation method of mechanical design schemes was proposed by means of extension theory. Based on the matter-element model and extended relation degree, the extended evaluation method can carry out the decision-making of machine design schemes. The matter- element model of the expected design scheme and the matter-element models of alternative design schemes were established according to specialists' practical experiences, and then the quality order of schemes was evaluated by the extended relation degree. The relation degree is the measurement index to evaluate how the design scheme is close to the expected one (ideal scheme). The bigger the relation degree is, the better the close degree between the design scheme and the expected scheme is. Finally, the rationality of evaluation in mechanical design schemes was demonstrated through illustrations.
