中文摘要：Web数据库技术伴随着WWW的成长,成为当前信息技术人员关注的热点之一。更好地了解各种技术的特点,有利于帮助在不同的应用下选择不同的技术实现。文章介绍了近年来Web数据库访问技术的发展和不同的实现方法,并对几种主流技术CGI、Web服务器API、对象Web、Java技术以及ASP等逐一进行了详细的分析。文章尤其对近两年来应用更为流行的Java技术以及ASP技术和发展重点进行了详细讨论,同时比较了目前两大主流技术ASP和JSP各自的优缺点。

外文摘要：Web-DB has been a focus of IT technicians with the growth of WWW. A greater knowledge of different Web-DB accessing technologies will improve selection among them to best suit certain situations. This paper introduces the development and different methods of implementing Web -DB accessing technology. This paper also discusses in detail several key technologies, especially focusing on Java Web-DB technology and Microsoft ASP technology implementation. The paper concludes with a comparison of two popular technologies, ASP and JSP.
