中文摘要:随着微电子产业的迅猛发展,对具有创新能力的微电子技术人才的需求越发紧迫。本文介绍我校微电子科学与工程专业在专业建设过程,基于CDIO工程教育理念,探索构建一体化的课程体系,以研究性学习模式开展课堂教学,实施开放性实践教学,从不同角度培养学生创新能力,不断提升专业人才培养质量。
外文摘要:With the fast development of microelectronic industry, the demand formicroelectronic talent with innovative abilitybecomes more and more urgent. In this paper, during the major construction process ofmicroetectronic science and engineering in our school, some teaching reforms of were introduced. Based CDIO engineering education theory, the integratedcurriculum system was constructed. The research leaning mode was used in the class teaching process. And the opening practical teaching was utilized. All the teaching reforms were used to cultivate the innovative ability and develop the talent quality.
