中文摘要:师范生的时间管理倾向与学业成绩有显著关系:(1)师范生的时间管理倾向在一定程度上对学业成绩有预测作用,时间监控观相比时间价值感和时间效能感更能预测学业成绩;(2)就时间价值观与学业成绩的关系而言,个人取向的时间价值感相比社会取向的时间价值感更能预测师范生的学业成绩;(3)就时间效能感与学业成绩的关系而言,时间管理效能相比时间管理行为效能更能预测学业成绩。
外文摘要:There are significant correlations between time management disposition and academic achievements of normal college students.(1) Their time management disposition can predict their academic achievements to a certain extent.Compared to sense of time value and sense of time efficacy,the view of time monitoring can predict their academic achievements better;(2)Compared to social-oriented time value,individual-oriented time value can better predict their academic achievements;(3) Sense of efficacy on time management can predict their academic achievements better than sense of efficacy on time management behaviors.
