中文摘要:以四乙基氢氧化铵(TEAH)为供碱组分,碳酸氢钠为缓冲组分,组成液体混合碱,用于KE型活性染料的高温(130℃)染色。探讨了碱的配制和应用性能,发现可分解液体碱的最佳配制和应用方案为:25%TEAH∶碳酸氢钠=(3.4~3.5)∶1,初始pH值10.0,当碱的质量分数为2%时,其在染色中的最佳质量浓度为20 g/L。对液体碱热稳定性测试的结果表明,当染色温度超过110℃后,该碱具有可分解的特性,且温度越高,分解速度越快。液体碱的分解特性对于快速降低染浴的pH值,减少KE型活性染料在高温下的损失有重要意义。
外文摘要:A liquid alkali system consisting of tetraethylammonium hydroxide (TEAH) as an alkaline donor and sodium bicarbonate as an alkaline buffer is designed and applied to high-temperature (130 ℃) dyeing of KE reactive dyes. The preparation and properties of the alkali are explored. The results show that the optimum preparation and application of the alkali are: the ratio of 25% TEAH to sodium bicarbonate is (3.4-3.5): 1, initial pH value is 10.0, and the optimum alkali dosage is 20 g/L with mass percent concen- tration of 2%. The testing results of heat stability of the liquid alkali show that the alkali can be decom- posed when the dyeing temperature exceeds 110 ~(2, and the higher the temperature is, the quicker the decomposition rate is. This character is of important meaning to quickly lower the pH value of the dye bath and reduce the loss of KE reactive dyes at high temperature.
