中文摘要：目的探讨肺部感染并发心力衰竭患者血清心肌酶谱及BNP水平的变化规律。方法选取2007年10月-2011年7月在医院进行治疗的36例肺部感染并发心力衰竭患者为观察组,同时选取同期的36例单纯肺炎患者为对照组,将两组患者的血清心肌酶谱及BNP水平进行检测、比较。结果观察组的血清天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)为(57.84±6.34)U/L、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)为(42615±32.60)U/L、肌酸激酶(CK)为(284.52±25.46)U/L、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)为(38.45±5.12)U/L及B型尿钠肽(BNP)为(25.51±2.30)pg/ml,均高于对照组,且NYHA分级Ⅳ级患者高于Ⅱ级及Ⅲ级患者,均P<0.05,差异均有统计学意义。结论肺部感染并发心力衰竭患者血清心肌酶谱及BNP水平的变化规律明显,与其严重程度有一定的相关性,可以反映疾病的发展转归。

外文摘要：OBJECTIVE To investigate the variation in the level of myocardial enzymes and serum BNP in patients with lung infection and heart failure.METHODS A total of 36 cases of pulmonary infection complicated by heart failure patients treated in our hospital from October 2007 to July 2011were set as the observation group.And 36 cases of pneumonia at the same period were chosen as the control group.And then the level of heart failure and myocardial enzymes in serum BNP were detected and compared.RESULTS The serum AST [（57.84±6.34）U/L],LDH [（42615±32.60）U/L],CK [（284.52±25.46）U/L],CK-MB [（38.45±5.12）U/L] and BNP [（25.51±2.30）pg/ml] levels were higher in observation group patients,and patients with NYHA class Ⅳ grade level were higher than grade Ⅱ and Ⅲ patients（P0.05）.CONCLUSION The variation in myocardial enzymes and serum BNP levels is significant in patients with lung infection and heart failure.And it has some relevance with the severity and may reflect the development of disease outcome.
