中文摘要:采用FAST面料风格仪中压烫性测试装置和YG541B型面料折皱弹性仪分别测试10块仿毛面料的压烫角和折皱回复角,分别通过图像法与手工读数法获得面料压烫角及回复角数据,并对测试数据平均值、标准差指标作相关性分析。结果表明:图像法测得面料的压烫角和折皱弹性回复角较传统手工读数法所得结果的标准差小,数据更稳定;压烫角和折皱回复角数据具有较高的负相关性,面料折皱回复角数据无法代替压烫性进行面料风格评价。

外文摘要:The pressed-iron and crease recovery performances of ten pieces of wool-like fabrics were tested by press tester of FAST fabric style instrument and YG541B fabric wrinkle elasticity tester respectively,and the recovery angles were got by image method and manual readings method respectively.It analysed the data of means and standard deviations.The conclusions as following: the standard deviations of mage measured data for FAST fabric style instrument and YG541B fabric crease angle were less than the mannual readings method,and the image method was accuracy.The pressed-iron angles and crease recovery angles data had a high negative correlation,and YG541B fabric wrinkle elasticity tester can not replace FAST fabric style instrument for evaluation of fabric style.
