中文摘要:研究了邻苯二甲酰亚胺分散染料结构与水解性能的关系,结果表明:随着pH的增加,涤纶织物的K/S值下降。随着温度的升高,染料在NaOH溶液中的吸光度逐渐增大。水解染料在1770、1395 cm^-1处的红外吸收峰为羧基中C—O键的伸缩振动。在邻苯二甲酰亚胺分散染料水解反应过程中,取代基增大,染料水解速率下降。液相色谱结果表明:该水解反应为亲核加成消除反应,遵循SN2机理,符合假一级反应。碱洗和还原水洗后染料的耐水洗色牢度锦纶沾色可达3级。

外文摘要:The relationship between structure and hydrolysis performance of phthalimide disperse dyes was studied.The results showed that with the increase of pH,the K/S value of polyester fabric decreasesd.With the increase of temperature,the absorbance of dyes in NaOH solution increased gradually.The infrared absorption peaks of hydrolyzed dyes at 1770 and 1395 cm^-1 were the stretching vibration of C—O bonds of carboxylic acid groups.During the hydrolysis of phthalimide disperse dyes,the hydrolysis rate of dyes decreased with the increase of substituent groups.The results of liquid chromatography showed that the hydrolysis reaction was nucleophilic addition elimination reaction,following the SN2 mechanism and conformed to pseudo-first-order reaction.The washing fastness of dyes after alkali washing and reduction washing could reach grade 3.
