中文摘要:跨学科素养是新时代教师专业发展的要义所在。新课程标准中强调小学教师应设立跨学科主题学习活动,关注学科间的联系,加强全学科融合的实践教学。目前,小学教师存在跨学科教学意愿不强、对跨学科教学促进学生核心素养的认识不足、跨学科教学能力较弱等问题。针对这些问题,从职前教师教育的培养和职后教师培训两方面初步探讨小学教师跨学科的培养路径:加强目标巧设课程;加强实践提升能力;加强学校跨学科教学所需的基础设施建设;积极组织跨学科学习的教师培训。

外文摘要:Interdisciplinary literacy is the essence of teacher professional development in the new era.The new curriculum standards emphasize that primary school teachers are supposed to set up interdisciplinary theme learning activities,pay attention to the links between disciplines,and strengthen the integration of the whole discipline of practical teaching.At present,problems arise as to primary school teachers’unwillingness to conduct interdisciplinary teaching,their lack of understanding that interdisciplinary teaching helps promote the core quality of students,and their inadequacy in the ability of interdisciplinary teaching.In the view of these problems,the paper discusses the interdisciplinary training paths of primary school teachers from two aspects of pre-service teacher education and post-service teacher training:strengthening the target-oriented curriculum,promoting the ability of practice,enhancing the construction of infrastructure for interdisciplinary teaching in schools,and actively organizing teacher training for interdisciplinary learning.
