中文摘要：该文分析了高校图书馆社会化服务的现状,审视了高校开展社会化服务的原因。提出依附高校而存在的图书馆必须服务于社会,在服务过程中需克服多方面因素的影响。对地方高校图书馆服务社会提出了文献借阅、参考咨询、数据库服务等三种模式。并进一步提出在开展社会化服务过程中,应该解决好版权、校内服务与校外服务的关系等问题。

外文摘要：The paper analyses current situation of socialized service in college and university libraries, surveys reasons for it. It suggests that college library serve the society and that many influential factors be overcome in the process of service. Three service models are put forward as for how local college libraries serve the society： literature loaning;reference and eonsultatin;database. The paper further insists, in the process of developing services, we should solve some problems of copyright, the relation of service inside and outside colleges.
