中文摘要:在功能纺织品开发的背景下,为更好理解涤纶抗静电机制,制备性能优异的抗静电涤纶,详细阐述了我国抗静电涤纶制备的常用方法,包括应用抗静电剂对纺织品的纤维表面进行整理、金属/炭黑等导电物质表面镀层、化学共聚改性、共混纺丝改性、表面接枝改性和生物酶表面处理等,最后总结了抗静电涤纶制备中存在的问题,展望了其在该领域的发展方向,为涤纶抗静电功能整理的进一步发展提供了理论依据。
外文摘要:Under the background of the development of functional textiles, in order to better understand the antistatic mechanism of polyester fiber and prepare antistatic polyester fiber with excellent performance, the common preparation methods of antistatic polyester functional fiber in China were described in detail, including the application of antistatic agent to the surface of textile fiber, the surface coating of conductive materials such as metal/carbon black, chemical copolymerization modification, blending spinning modification, surface grafting modification and enzyme surface treatment, etc. Finally, the existing problems in the preparation of antistatic polyester functional fiber were summarized, and the development direction of this field was prospected, which could provide a theoretical basis for the further development of antistatic functional finishing of polyester fiber.
