中文摘要：选择了硅酸纳/烧碱、纯碱/烧碱、纯碱等固色碱剂,研究了其对活性染料冷轧堆染色的比移值(Rf)、K/S值及染色时间的影响,得出:固色碱剂的存在大大降低了染料的Rf值;染料因所用固色碱剂的强弱,可能会发生水解,也可能发生电解质聚集盐析;纯碱30g/L+烧碱15g/L为比较合适的固色碱剂组合;在实际生产中,应考虑染料的质量浓度,可适当延长或缩短堆置时间。

外文摘要：Influences of reactive dyes Rf value,K/S value and dwelling time on cold pad-batch dyeing with sodium silicate/sodium hydroxide,sodium carbonate/sodium hydroxide,sodium carbonate were studied.Results showed that,the presence of alkali agents reduced the Rf value of the dyes;dyes hydrolysis and electrolyte gathering might both occurred base on the strenth of the alkali agents;sodium carbonate 30g/L＋sodium hydroxide 15g/L was the suitable fixation agent;in the actual production,dwelling time might be different according to concentration of the dyes.
