中文摘要:目的探讨光学导航系统辅助CT导向在经皮穿刺活检术(PPB)中的应用价值。方法拟对肺部病灶行PPB的60例患者随机分为采用光学导航系统辅助CT导向下穿刺(导航辅助穿刺组,n=30)和CT导向下穿刺(常规穿刺组,n=30),比较2组的穿刺效果、辐射剂量以及并发症发生情况。结果导航辅助穿刺组定位时间、穿刺时间、调针次数、总手术时间、扫描次数、辐射剂量均少于常规穿刺组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。穿刺活检术中及术后1周,导航辅助穿刺组局部出血、气胸及咳血的并发症总发生率低于常规穿刺组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论光学导航系统辅助CT引导下肺穿刺活检术不仅可提高定位与穿刺准确性、减少穿刺并发症,还能有效降低辐射剂量。

外文摘要:Objective To explore the application value of CT guidance assisted by optical navigation system in percutaneous lung puncture biopsy(PPB).Methods A total of 60 patients with pulmonary lesions undergoing PPB were randomly divided into CT guidance assisted by optical navigation system group(n=30)and CT guided group(n=30).The puncture effect,radiation dose and complications of the two groups were compared.Results Positioning time,puncture time,needle adjustment times,total operation time,scanning times and radiation dose in the CT guidance assisted by optical navigation system group were lower than those in the CT guided group(P<0.05).During operation and one week after operation,the total incidence of local bleeding,pneumothorax and hemoptysis in the CT guidance assisted by optical navigation system group was lower than that in the CT guided group(P<0.05).Conclusions CT guidance assisted by optical navigation system in PPB can improve positioning and puncture accuracy,reduce puncture complications and radiation dose.
